Maureen’s approach to massage therapy is grounded in attentive listening, thoughtful assessment and treatments that are carefully tailored to each individual. Her goal is to create a calm, supportive space where clients feel comfortable, understood, and confident in the care they receive.
With a strong focus on evidence-informed practice, treatments are designed to both address pain and tension and support long-term wellbeing, mobility, and resilience in the body.
Maureen has a particular interest in women’s health, especially supporting clients throughout the peri- and menopause journey. Hormonal transitions can bring a wide range of physical changes, and she is passionate about helping clients move through this stage with compassionate, informed care.
She is also currently expanding her education through additional training focused on supporting individuals recovering from mastectomy and breast or chest surgery. Her goal is to provide a safe, knowledgeable space for people navigating surgical recovery and healing.
When she’s not treating patients or continuing her education, you’ll most likely find Maureen in her gigantic veggie garden, hiking the beautiful BC mountains with her two Labrador retrievers, or at the gym lifting weights and doing her best to avoid cardio.
